In the main unit we find at the entrance a large living-dining room which connects with the rest of the rooms such as: kitchen with stainless steel worktop and French oak wood which in turn is linked to a machine room, large storage spaces with floor to ceiling wardrobes and a complete bathroom.
On the other hand, we find the bedrooms (all of them with en suite bathrooms) and with their double bed; on this floor we have 2 double bedrooms with their respective bathrooms. On the second floor there is another bedroom (or office) connected to a large terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the city of Ibiza.

If we want to have guests, we have the option of providing them with an annexe totally independent from the main unit with a double bedroom and in another unit just next door, the complete bathroom.
Also note that below the main unit, you have another bedroom with en-suite bathroom to give total independence to family or friends that we have as guests.

Finally, it is also worth mentioning that at the entrance of the property we have enough space to park several cars and motorbikes, and also, we have a garden area between trees where there is a huge table with several chairs to enjoy meals or dinners outside the house.
