- Cadastral situation in order. Before publishing any of our plots we study all the cadastral information with which we detail the situation and the surface of the land. We always check that all the municipal taxes have been paid, or, if not, that they have been paid before signing at the Notary’s office.
- We detail the urban situation and the buildability of the land based on the legal documents provided by the owner.
